The apartment is in a building where you may hear common noise from the neighbors. Private airport transfers and private tours can be arranged at an extra cost. Let us know how we can help. Please be advised that this complex provides on-premises parking at a rate of 60 MXN per day. We ask that you inform us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements. A Pack ´n Play travel crib can be provided for an extra fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require one. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty. No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 p.m., to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Pets are not allowed.
The Mexico City International Airport (MEX) is about 27 km or 16.8 miles away. Note there is more than one international airport; please check your mobile map app for the exact distance. Let us know if you would like us to arrange an airport transfer (there’s a cost) otherwise, you have the following options: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Cuidar el volumen del sonido. Respetar el horario de descanso de 20hrs a 8hrs; cuidando la buena convienvencia en el edificio
- Mascotas no están permitidas
- No está permitido fumar ningún tipo de sustancia, ni el consumo de drogas
- No está permitido proporcional llaves, claves de acceso a terceras personas.
- Se comprometen a no actuar de ninguna manera que pudiera causar molestias a los residentes.
- El estacionamiento SOLO está disponible si
- Es obligatorio completar el proceso de reservación para tener acceso al apartamento (Envío de identificación, firma de contrato, etc..)
- Cualquier solicitud relacionada al apartamento deberá ser realizada directamente con tu host y no con el personal del edificio.
- No está permitido, colgar ropa en áreas comunes, ventanas o puertas.
- Solo los amenites publicados en el anuncio será lo propocionado
